All our items are carefully checked and packaged before being dispatched however, in the event that any items are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped we will gladly exchange, replace or refund them. Simply follow the instructions on the returns form that comes with your order and return the item(s) you would like to exchange or refund to the address displayed. If you do not have a returns form you can print one HERE. Please understand that we only accept returned items with the original receipt, packaging, tags and/or labels attached and an accurately completed returns form. Without this information we will not know who has returned the item and it will not be able to process it. Returned items will not be accepted if they have been used or washed and you will be charged the cost of postage packaging and time to return your item(s).
